Web design by EgoPanda
A website that does a job.
Every site I build ships with a working app inside it: the thing that actually helps your business. Built by hand, in your name, and handed over so you keep it.
Bookings · Quotes · Intake · Catalogs · Members areas
The process, live
Tell me your business. I'll sketch the app.
This is the first thing that happens on a real project. One paragraph about what you do, and you get the one small app I'd build first, written on the page.
Your sketch shows up here, section by section:
- What I’d build first
- What it does for you
- What the site around it needs
- What you’d check on day one
- Straight answer on scope
This is the real consultant, not a demo script. Adam reads every request that turns into a project.
Proof
Three sites that are running right now
Real links. Click through and use them. Each one has a working app inside, not a brochure.
AktionFilm AI
aktionfilmai.com ↗An AI film studio: writers room, storyboards, character trainer, credits and billing.
The app inside: a paid studio where members write, board, and render scenes and pay by the credit.
Studio Action
studioaction.io ↗A comic universe with a merch store, contests, and a members game.
The app inside: members sign in, play, enter contests, and buy merch from one account.
The Voodoo Soul
thevoodoosoul.com ↗A musician’s site with a robot DJ who listens to your song and breaks it down.
The app inside: upload a track, the DJ listens and gives you a real breakdown on the page.
The honest list
What every build ships with, and how you can check it
None of this takes a technical person. Each line has a check you can do yourself, in a minute, without me on the call.
- 01
Domain and DNS in your name, not mine.
CheckLog in to your domain account. Your name and email are on it; mine are not.
- 02
Search basics live on day one: titles, descriptions, sitemap, structured data, fast load, works on phones.
CheckOpen yoursite.com/sitemap.xml. Then search your business name on your phone and open the result.
- 03
Security basics done: HTTPS, safe headers, no secrets in the browser, forms that can’t be abused.
CheckThe padlock shows in every browser. Submit the contact form twice fast; the second one is politely refused.
- 04
A real backend when the app needs one, not a form pretending to be one.
CheckMake a booking or an order, then sign in and see it listed. If it only emailed you, it’s a form.
- 05
A handoff document and the running app. Yours to keep if you ever leave.
CheckYou hold the document, the logins, and the code. Change the password on any of them without asking me.
- 06
A signed-in test walk with you before it’s called done.
CheckWe sit together, you drive, and you use the app as a customer and as the owner. Nothing ships until you’ve done it.
Packages
Three sizes. One price each.
Pick by what the app inside needs to do. Not sure? Use the sketch above; it names the one that fits.

- Integrations and AI features, scoped with you
Prices are for the build. Your domain, hosting, and any paid services stay in your name and on your card.
Why not just vibe-code it?
You could. Here is the honest trade.
AI page builders are real and I don't sneer at them. They are good at the look. The job is the part they skip.
What you get from a prompt
- A page that looks done.
- Often genuinely nice to look at.
- Fast, cheap, and fun to make.
- A fair starting point for a mockup.
What breaks later
- It lives on someone else’s account, so you don’t own it.
- Search engines can’t read it, so nobody finds it.
- Keys and passwords end up in the browser where anyone can read them.
- When it stops working, there is no one to call.
What I do instead
- Everything on the honest list above, checked with you.
- A real app inside the site, with a backend when it needs one.
- I use AI too, on purpose, with a human who checks every step.
- A name and a phone number when something needs fixing.

Web build inquiry
Tell me what you do. I'll tell you what I'd build.
No sales call to book. Write it the way you'd say it to a friend, and I'll reply with the one app I'd start with and the package that fits.
